The FMCC is open any time that the library is open and is available to all! It is not only a space for programs, but also a place where people can just be. It offers puzzles, games, art supplies, LEGO, blocks, and more! The FMCC is named for two amazing women who supported the Avalon Public Library, Rachel “Rae” Fischer and Betty Minteer. Their generous support allowed the dream of a community center to become a reality.
