Children
Children’s programming is the backbone of library services. We offer different storytimes throughout the week for various age groups, as well as special one-time events and our annual Summer Reading program.
Storytimes
Preschool storytime meets each Monday at 10:30 AM. Join us for stories, songs, and silliness suitable for preschool children ages 3-5.
Family storytime meets each Tuesday at 6:30 PM. This is a mixed-age group with stories, songs, and a craft suitable for all ages.
Books & Babies lapsit for children up to 24 months of age and their caregivers meets every Wednesday at 10:30 AM. Janice will lead our youngest patrons in fingerplays, rhymes, and songs.
All storytimes take place in the children’s room.
Tail Waggin’ Tutors
Kids in grades 2-5 can practice their reading skills by reading aloud to Allie, a certified reading therapy dog! She loves to hear stories.
Check the home page for times and dates.
